    Field of application

    • For use on floors/walls/ceilings indoors and outdoors
    • Repair and coating mortar according to DIN 19573
    • Fast-setting mortar for quick mounting of add-on parts
    • Fast grouting mortar for add-on parts
    • Placing and repairing manhole rings and manhole covers

    • Sulphate-resistant
    • Very high early strength (capable of bearing loads after 45 minutes)
    • Very low shrinkage
    • High resistance to water penetration
    • Corrosion-inhibiting
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        Concrete surface:
        Stable, clean, dust-free
Observe the applicable technical regulations for the following parameters:
        - Adhesive pull strength of the substrate
        - Minimum roughness/roughness depth

Pre-wet the substrate so that it is slightly moist.

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 30 °C
      • Application by filling knife / Trowel application
      • Application requirements

Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +30 °C

      • Working time:
        (+20 °C): approx. 10 minutes

        Curing time:
        (+20 C): approx. 15 minutes

        Quick mounting

Fill the assembly area with material, applying light pressure.

        Installation of duct covers

Clean and wet joints between frame and substructure.

        Insert formwork.

        Pour in free-flowing mortar.

        Subsequent processing

Protect fresh mortar surfaces from wind, direct sunlight, rain and/or frost for at least 3 days so that they do not dry too quickly.

    • Application instructions
      • Only mix small quantities.

Can be removed from formwork after approx. 1-2 hours (depending on the consistency and ambient conditions).

When applied in a free-flowing consistency, the material is resistant to loading after approx. 2 hours (if early loading is required, use Betofix QR 2).

When applied in a plastic consistency or a consistency suitable for filling, the material has high early strength and early resistance to loading.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • Application by filling knife / Trowel application
      • Mixing tool, trowel, smoothing trowel, scraper

Clean tools with water while the material is still fresh.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Protect form moisture
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored in an unopened container and in a dry place, the product will keep for approx. 12 months.

    • Usage
      • 1.8 kg / l void
      • Approx. 1.8 kg/dm³

      • Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
