    Properties

    • High penetration capacity thanks to low viscosity
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and loose substances, and prepared in the correct manner.

      • Preparations

        Remove decomposed wood and loose wood fibres with a steel brush.

        If necessary, treat the wood components with IG-10 Impregnation Primer IT for preventive protection against wood-destroying insects and fungi.

      • Application temperature: min. 10 °C max. 25 °C

      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +10 °C to max. +25°C

      • Immediately after mixing, apply the material promptly to the surface with a brush.

        Repeat process while the material is still wet if necessary.

        Do not pour the material or apply it as a filler.

      • Check colour, adhesion and compatibility with the substrate by setting up a trial area.

        Ensure good ventilation.

      • Clean tools immediately after use with V 101 Thinner.

        The material can no longer be cleaned off once it has dried or hardened.

        Ensure that any residue from cleaning is disposed of correctly.

      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 250 - 500 g/m² depending on the substrate

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
